Once I heard this statement "Confidence is a Feeling of Certainty" that's when I realized what the feeling is.

Confidence is a Feeling of Certainty

I heard this statement the other day and I finally “got it”.

I’ve always had problems with some hypnosis stuff where they ask you to remember a time when you felt confident. I was always thinking that confidence is some happy or euphoric feeling and I just couldn’t identify with that. Whenever I tried to “act” confident it was always fake. I would put on this outgoing happy persona which just isn’t me. Not that I’m a recluse or depressed or anything. But it just wasn’t real. Do you understand what I mean there?

Once I heard this statement “Confidence is a Feeling of Certainty” that’s when I realized what the feeling is. For me, I call it “dead certainty”. It’s a serious feeling of absolute, 100% knowledge that I am right. It’s not a negative feeling but a lot of times I won’t be laughing or happy. I know I’m right and I’m serious about it because I know it’s true.

This is real confidence. It’s not a “put on”, it’s not fake

Now I know how to approach those hypnosis exercises. To mentally put yourself into a state of confidence, feel certain of your success even when your knowledge suggests you should expect to fail. Confidence is not necessarily logical, it’s a belief that can go against the odds but provide massive rewards.

Lacking confidence can prevent you from performing in pressure situations. Often, the limiting factor of someone’s failure isn’t a lack of knowledge or practice, but rather the belief they have that they won’t perform well the first few times – a self-fulfilling prophecy.

A lot of times confidence comes with the result of a history of success. Being successful can build self esteem and increase confidence, but understand that you don’t actually need that real history to feel confident. Confidence is a feeling of certainty, a natural inner resource that can be summoned whenever you want it. Your mind can tell the difference between fantasy and reality. If you believe it, you will feel it.

Ericksonian hypnosis is a very powerful form of self improvement audio that works in the form of stories.

Self Improvement Audio

Self Improvement Audio is an effective method of self hypnosis that has consistently produced positive result from people that have used it. The reason why self improvement audio works so well is because when you are in a hypnotic state your mind is much more open to suggestion. You become open and willing to accept what the message is telling you. Hypnotism works at a deeper, unconscious level.

Soaking up concepts at the unconscious level like a sponge. You are guaranteed to succeed because the steps needed to achieve success are already imbedded deep into your mind and your mind believes they are already real. You will be realizing the benefits of self improvement audio while you are listening to this.

success depends on how much you believe in it

when you hear it and feel it you know it’s real

it helps when someone tells you what you want to know

self improvement audio helps you achieve your goals

You will be realizing the benefits of self improvement audio while you are listening

Ericksonian hypnosis is a very powerful form of self improvement audio that works in the form of stories. When you listen to the story there are messages embedded within the story in the form of metaphors. You may not understand the message straight away, it may even take weeks for you to consciously “get it”. But, rest assured, the message has taken effect at the unconscious level.

Some of the reasons people use self improvement audio are:

confidence and charisma

relaxation

wealth creation

goal setting

losing weight

stop smoking

I have tried this method myself and I find that it does work. I have to say that it took about 2 weeks for it to take effect. I would listen to an mp3 every night in bed, with the lights off, before I went to sleep. I think it does take some time for self improvement audio to “sink in”. But once it does I found myself realizing some of the motivations throughout the day. I remember once, while driving the car, it just came to me. Don’t let the obstacles get me down, just sail over them like waves on the ocean. It was really inspiring because it gave me new energy to take on the challenges I was facing at that time and it worked too.

If you look around you can find some good sites with self improvement audio available. They usually have a free sample you can download to see what they are like. My experience was positive and I know yours will be too.
