Beliefs

Beliefs have to power to create or destroy.

Most of our beliefs are based on past experiences and how much pain or pleasure those experiences created for us. Once accepted, a belief can affect our whole nervous system, even if the belief is not real. Have you ever thought of a possible horrible experience only to feel a sudden adrenaline rush?? Thinking about the consequences of a possible scenario, although nothing has actually happened to you, but you believe that something might, your belief systems come into action and affect you physically as well as mentally.

How powerful is that????
Do you believe that you can take control this behaviour and use it in a positive way?

You can.

It’s beyond the scope of this article to teach you exactly how to change your belief systems, but if you experience enough emotional intensity with an idea, your nervous system will accept that idea as being real, even if it has not yet occurred. This idea can then be manifested into a belief that will propel you forward with new knowledge that you can achieve and succeed.

Seeing yourself in a future event achieving your goal, experiencing every moment, every feeling, every emotion, sounds, tastes, smells. This level of intensity will install a powerful belief that you can succeed.

Disassociate yourself from the future event, back into the present and propel yourself towards the future that is already realised in your unconscious mind.
